We Remember Them

In the rising of the sun and its going down,
We Remember Them.

In the blowing of the wind and in the chill of winter,
We Remember Them.

In the opening of the buds and in the rebirth of spring.
We Remember Them.

In the blueness of the skies and in the warmth of summer,
We Remember Them.

In the rustling of the leaves and in the beauty of autumn.
We Remember Them.

In the beginning of the year and when it ends,
We Remember Them.

When we are weary and in need of strength,
We Remember Them.

When we are lost and sick of heart,
We Remember Them.

When we have joys and special celebrations we yearn to share,
We Remember Them.

So long as we live, they too shall live, for they are part of us.
We Remember Them.

By Rabbi Sylvan Kamens

The We Remember Them Memorial Wall was created to provide a place for people all over the world to place the names of deceased loved ones so that their names will not be forgotten. We hope this Wall will fill a need that is not being met elsewhere on the Internet.

Visit the Remembering All page to see all 4536 of the names on a special scrolling marquee. To search for a specific name, use our Search page.

Now available - We Remember Them: Our Sons and Daughters (Vol. 1) book. A collection of stories written with love by seventeen mothers and fathers. We hope that those who read about our sons and daughters will know that their lives mattered and remember them.

The We Remember Them Memorial Wall was started as an outreach project of the Grieving Parents Internet Community on February 7, 2005.

It is now maintained by volunteers from the Parents of Suicides (POS) and Friends and Families of Suicides (FFOS) Internet Community.
