Memorial Wall

The We Remember Them Wall was created to provide a place

for anyone in the world to place the name of a deceased loved one

so that their names will not be forgotten.

We hope the Wall will fill a need that is not being met elsewhere on the Internet.

The We Remember Them Wall is an outreach project of the Grieving Parents group.

It officially opened for names to be placed on it on 07 February 2005.

To Submit a Name

1. Fill in the form below and click the SUBMIT button after you finish.

2. All information is required; if it is not included,
the name will not be processed.

3. A valid email address must be included.

4. Most symbols designate the specific cause of death.

5. The only exceptions for symbols are the green ribbon to indicate organ
donors or transplants and the teddy bear which indicates children who died.

6. This is not a wall for the names of miscarriages or stillborns,
even though our hearts go out to those who mourn their losses.

Note: You will receive a confirmation after the name
has been placed on the wall.

If you do not receive a confirmation notice within a week,
please resubmit.
